As Treuth's Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Business Development, Charlie enables strong collaboration across its agile communication network to address crime across the world. He is a decorated police officer, combat military veteran, and nonprofit leader committed to unprecedented community engagement. He sees his affiliation with Treuth as an opportunity to help change the landscape of communication between the public and private sector in order to save lives through technology in new and exciting ways. He serves as Executive Director of the Minnesota Organized Retail Crime Association ("MNORCA"), a nonprofit 501(c)3 coalition of law enforcement, prosecutors, corporate fraud investigators and loss prevention managers from the retail and financial sectors that seeks to make our communities and businesses safer and more profitable.

Managing crises while preserving dignity for those affected is Sergeant Anderson's calling. His passion for authentic, trusted service with respect led him to become a Saint Paul Police Officer in 2007, where he has held a variety of patrol, investigatory, and administrative positions. He was promoted to the rank of Sergeant in 2011. In 2017 he took a leave of absence to gain private sector experience as a Regional Loss Prevention Manager for Amazon. There he learned in-depth the important relationship between the public and private sector. Sergeant Anderson returned in 2018 to the Saint Paul Police Department as a Community Partnerships Unit supervisor and program manager. He has distinguished himself through his strong work ethic, team mentality, and commitment to integrity and excellence. Among his honors includes being named "Police Officer of the Year", and being presented with a Life Saving Award.

Sergeant Anderson is also a dedicated soldier. His prior service as a U.S. Army military police officer includes a combat tour in Iraq from 2003-2004. He is currently a commissioned military intelligence officer with prior assignment on command staff with the 2/147th Assault Helicopter Battalion and Task Force Ragnar, as well as current assignment as the Executive Officer for Delta Company, 334th Brigade Engineer Battalion.

Sergeant Anderson has spent over two decades in service to his country and his community. He has been recognized formally for his leadership in both the public and private sector with awards and accolades. Recently he was elected to serve as City Councilmember for his town of Marine on St. Croix, Minnesota. As an elected official, he is known for his critical thinking, tireless community organization, willingness to listen to constituents, and his ability to govern by compromise and consensus.

Sergeant Anderson's educational background includes a B.S. in Law Enforcement from Metropolitan State University, and an M.A. in Public Safety Administration from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. Major papers include research into community-oriented policing and countering violent extremism. His expertise extends into emergency and risk management.
