As CEO of Treuth, Jason has over a decade of experience driving transformative growth for clients, in addition to a long history in applying technology for the benefit of public safety.
As the founder and current President & Chairman of the nonprofit, Federation for Internet Alerts ("FIA"), Jason has contributed to the deployment of the world's largest nonprofit alerting network, including powering the GMCNgine. The GMCNgine distributes realtime information about missing children across 30 countries on behalf of the International Centre for Missing and Exploited Children's Global Missing Children Network. In 2019, FIA received the Humanitarian Award from ICMEC for its efforts on this critical initiative.
Jason is currently General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer of ALC, and has served in this capacity at Dotomi, Conversant, and Engine Group over the past decade. All of these organizations had significant success during his time serving clients in the digital advertising sector. From pioneering the deployment of pseudonomous databases and structuring data into aggregated, anonymous frameworks for leveraging intelligence in marketing campaigns, he has significant experience deploying the latest technologies to help the internet while also contributing to privacy self regulation in the digital advertising sector as a Director on the Board of the Network Advertising Initiative and the Principles & Communications Advisory Committee of the Digital Advertising Alliance.
Jason was the recipient of the 2013 Service Excellence Award by the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), and 2017 Data Rockstar award by the IAB's Data Governance Council for his leadership in the areas of consumer privacy and data science, respectively.
